UDEI - Terms Of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchase activities on the official website of UDEI (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

Customers are required to read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions before making any purchase transaction on UDEI. If the Customer does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer is advised not to continue using the website or making purchases.

By making a purchase transaction on UDEI, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.


A. Definitions

  1. “UDEI” refers to the fashion brand and business entity operating under the name UDEI.
  2. “Website” refers to the official UDEI online store where products, prices, and information are displayed.
  3. “Products” refer to all items sold on the UDEI website as listed in the product catalog.
  4. “Price” refers to the amount stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for each product sold on the website.
  5. “Order” refers to the Customer’s request to purchase products, including product type, size, color, quantity, and total payment.
  6. “Order Confirmation” refers to the notification sent by UDEI confirming that the order has been received and processed.
  7. “Customer” refers to any person or party making purchases through the UDEI website.

B. Products and Pricing

  1. UDEI strives to ensure that all product information, descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
  2. Product colors shown on the website may slightly differ from the actual product due to differences in monitor or mobile device display settings.
  3. Prices listed on the website are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change at any time without prior notice.
  4. Changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already received Order Confirmation.
  5. Product availability is subject to stock conditions. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, UDEI reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
  6. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing details, and pricing information before completing a purchase.

C. Order Process

  1. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the product details, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions.
  2. After an order is placed, UDEI will send an Order Confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
  3. Customers must ensure that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
  4. If there is an error in the order details, Customers must contact UDEI immediately through the available contact channels.
  5. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed, except for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders where available.
  6. UDEI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Suspected fraudulent transactions
    • Incorrect pricing or product information
    • Violation of Terms and Conditions

D. Payment

  1. All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  2. Available payment methods may include:
    • Bank Transfer
    • E-Wallet
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • QRIS
    • Cash On Delivery (COD)
    • Other payment methods available on the website
  3. Additional administrative fees may apply depending on the selected payment method.
  4. Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within the specified payment period.
  5. UDEI is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet issues, or customer errors during payment.

E. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders will be processed and shipped after payment confirmation has been received.
  2. Shipping duration depends on the courier service and destination area.
  3. Customers will receive shipping or tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
  4. UDEI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate.

F. Returns and Complaints

  1. Customers are required to inspect the product immediately after receiving the order.
  2. Complaints regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products must be submitted within 24 hours after the package is received.
  3. To submit a complaint, Customers may contact UDEI through the available contact channels along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
  4. Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the Customer, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
  5. UDEI reserves the right to reject complaints or return requests that do not meet the stated requirements.

G. Intellectual Property

  1. All content displayed on the UDEI website, including but not limited to logos, product designs, graphics, photos, videos, text, and branding materials, are the intellectual property of UDEI.
  2. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of website content without written permission from UDEI is strictly prohibited.

H. Limitation of Liability

  1. UDEI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or products purchased.
  2. UDEI’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order.

I. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from the use of the website or transactions with UDEI shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate court jurisdiction in Indonesia.
