Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding refunds, order cancellations, product returns, and product exchanges on the official UDEI website.
By placing an order on UDEI, customers are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
A. Refund Policy
- Customers may request a refund if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was sent
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
- Other issues approved by UDEI customer service
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the package has been received.
- To request a refund, customers must contact UDEI through the available contact channels and provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the product condition
- Explanation of the issue
- Refunds will only be processed after the request has been reviewed and approved by UDEI.
- Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method or another agreed payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank used by the customer.
B. Order Cancellation
- Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- UDEI reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order is already in the fulfillment process.
C. Product Return and Exchange
- Customers may request a product return or exchange if:
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Returned or exchanged products must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Remain in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Requests for product returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours after the package is received.
- Products that have been used, washed, modified, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by UDEI.
D. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Customized or special-order items
- Products returned outside the allowed return period
